Vocal Remover
Privacy Policy

Vocal Remover does not require a named account. Firebase creates an anonymous app identity so the service can protect free limits, recover processing history and prevent abuse.
Information we process
- Audio files you choose, including filename, size, duration and requested processing mode.
- Generated stems, mastered tracks, lyrics and export files created for your request.
- Anonymous Firebase ID, app-integrity data, a protected device indicator and a random installation ID.
- Notification token and preferences when you enable result or deletion alerts.
- Subscription status and product information supplied by Google Play and RevenueCat.
- Basic server logs, errors and performance information needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
We do not sell personal information. We use information only to provide, secure, maintain and improve the app, process purchases, deliver requested notifications and comply with law.
Audio storage and deletion
Selected audio is uploaded to private cloud storage and shared with the processing service only to perform the feature you requested. Lyrics transcription is used only when you ask to create lyrics.
Free cloud files are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Pro cloud files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Deleting a job from History requests earlier cloud deletion.
The app may keep protected local result copies until the same expiry time for faster replay. Files you explicitly save to Downloads or another folder remain under your control until you delete them.
Service providers and security
We use service providers for Firebase authentication, app integrity and notifications; Google Play and RevenueCat for subscriptions; and private storage and audio-processing infrastructure for results. They process only the information needed for their role under their own terms and privacy rules.
We use authenticated requests, app-integrity checks, private object storage, temporary access links and automatic deletion. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Delete a job from History to request deletion of its cloud files.
- Turn result and deletion notifications on or off in Settings.
- Remove saved downloads using your phone file manager.
- Clear the app data or uninstall the app to remove its local data.
Children, changes and contact
The app is not directed to children under 13. Do not use it if local law does not allow you to accept these terms.
